Setting Security Features for Documents in Document Library
W5 provides the ability to set specific security features to certain users.
You'll need to access the user account you need to modify and then deselect the Change and Delete options from the User Maintenance settings.
1. Go to the User Maintenance module: Admin tab > Security > Users > User Maintenance.
2. Click on the User Id Lookup button.
3. Search for and select the user Code needing document access changes in the Document Library.
4. Click on the Features Access tab (left panel), enter "library" in the Search field, then click on the Search button.
Uncheck the Change and/or Delete checkboxes for W5 Document Library listing as needed (highlighted below).
5. Click on the Save button (bottom of screen).
